• Children of active or retired Talbots associates in the U.S. and Canada who have at least one year of service with the company. This includes legally adopted children and stepchildren of Talbots associates.



• Current high school seniors or high school graduates who plan to enroll or undergraduates who are already enrolled in a full-time course of study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school.

The children of officers and directors of Talbots are not eligible to participate in this program. Awards are granted annually for the upcoming academic year. Awards are one-time and not renewable.
