The headquarters is home to more than 1,000 employees who work in merchandising, finance, human resources, market research, consumer and store location research, manufacturing, information systems, advertising, catalog development, direct marketing and customer service.

Distribution Center - Lakeville, MA
Talbots state-of-the-art Distribution Center for retail, catalog and web is located in Lakeville, Massachusetts. Lakeville is a rural community located 35 miles south of the Hingham Corporate Headquarters. Talbots Distribution Center is situated in the Great Ponds Industrial Park, close to Interstate 495 and the MBTA commuter rail station. The 930,000 square foot distribution center processes all Talbots domestic store merchandise, catalog and web shipments worldwide. The Distribution Center processes in excess of 40 million units annually.

Product Development - New York, NY
Talbots Product Development Center is located on the 8th floor at 1700 Broadway in New York City, conveniently located to the garment center, prime shopping, hotels and transportation hubs. The office consists of general offices for the execution of all product development activities, the product services color/fabric library and art studio, and the compliance department

Customer Service Center - Knoxville, TN
The Knoxville Customer Service Center, located in East Tennessee, is at the Gateway to the Smoky Mountains. Knoxville is the third fastest growing city in the South. The Customer Service Center works in partnership with catalog development, direct marketing, merchandising, MIS, telecommunications, Lakeville and customer service. All of these areas support our Catalog Sales efforts by providing technical assistance and communicating information which impacts our customer service.

Systems Center - Tampa, Florida
Talbots Systems Center is located in beautiful Tampa, Florida. Our state-of-the-art facility is located only minutes away from the country's #1 airport and from the beaches of Clearwater and St. Petersburg. We are centrally located in the Westshore Business District with easy access to the University of South Florida and the University of Tampa.
